The Mohegan Sun Casino has recently announced a $740 million dollar expansion of it's own casino. This will include more hotel rooms, 10 new table games, a House of Blues themed 45 table Poker room. The new Casino of the Wind is projected to open in the Spring of 2008. Poker room to open in August of 2008. On Thursday, April 26, Rep. Barney Frank introduced HR 2046, the Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act of 2007. HR 2046 will lift the prohibition on playing poker online. |
